Returns/Refund information
We are sorry to hear the item you purchased was not quiet right for you, but we understand, so here is all the information you need to start your return:
What is your returns policy?
We can accept your items back within 14 days of the day of delivery, we do not provide exchanges at this time, you will be refunded for your item minus the shipping cost.
How do I return an item or order?
Simply drop us a message via the 'contact us' page with your order no. and reasons for return and we will start the process for you, please allow us up to 24 hours for us to respond.
Who pays to return an item?
You pay for the return of your item, we would reccomend a tracked service.
When will my return be processed?
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of recieving your item (excluding weekend and bank holidays). We will contact you upon recieving your item, please allow up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded to your payment method.
I sent back an order but it has not been recieved by you, what should i do?
Chase this up with your courier ASAP, we do advise you use a tracked service when sending back any returns, keep your receipt and tracking details until we have processed your return, unfortunetly we cannot refund any lost items.
