What should I do if there are issues with my parcel upon delivery?

 
Report any delivery or damage issues within 2 days of delivery to dateddoughnut@oulook.com. Provide evidence, such as clear images of damage, packaging, and shipping labels. Issues reported after this period won't be investigated or refunded. 
 

Who is responsible for an incorrect address, and what happens if my parcel is lost due to this?

 
You are responsible for covering postage costs for an incorrect address. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, a refund won't be possible.
 
 

What if I refuse a delivery? Can it be reshipped, and what are the costs?

 
You can pay to have a refused delivery reshipped, or you can opt for a refund, minus any shipping fees incurred to return the order.
 
 

How are orders shipped, and what are the delivery times?

 
Orders may be shipped via Royal Mail, although we mainly ship with Evri. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
